Barielle Spring Vibrants

Hi, everybody!  Today, I'd like to share Barielle's new Spring Vibrants collection.  It is comprised of six cream shades.
Bottles, from left to right, Take Me Shopping, Fire Me Up, Money Talks, First Class Ticket, Designer Shoes and My City Apartment

Two coats each, from thumb to pinky, Take Me Shopping, Fire Me Up, Money Talks (with dots in one coat of My City Apartment), First Class Ticket and Designer Shoes

I liked each of these colors but had varying success in application.  The formulas on Take Me Shopping, Fire Me Up, Designer Shoes and My City Apartment were great and easy to work with.  However, I found Money Talks to be a bit thin and challenging and First Class Ticket also a bit of a pain, though less so than Money Talks.  Too bad as green and blue are generally my favorite colors.  They weren't awful but they certainly did not apply with the ease of the others.

My top pick is probably My City Apartment as I only used it for the dots but they came out really great, totally opaque, with ease.

You may purchase these polishes for $8.00 each at

FingerPaints Shredded Chrome Collection

Hola!  Today, I'd like to share the new FingerPaints Shredded Chrome Collection. Feast your eyes!
From left to right: Stardust Blush, Metallic Moondust, Stargazing Lilac, Crystalline Crush, Gilded Chrome

This collection is comprised of textured glitters in a variety of colors.  Stardust Blush is a combo of gold and red, Metallic Moondust is gold and green, Stargazing Lilac is gold and purple, Crystalline Crush is gold and silver and Gilded Chrome is kind of a metallic silver with silver glitter.  They applied easily and were opaque in two coats.  I really loved them, despite the rough finish.  However, they chipped VERY easily.  By day two, I found some nails half-chipped after getting out of the shower. Serious bummer.  I did not topcoat these but I might next time to increase wear time.

You can find these polishes at Sally Beauty Supply for a retail price of $5.99 each.
